Planned EventsWe hope to be more successful this year in securing funding for travelling expenses. We would have managed the trip back in 2003 if only we had twelve tickets underwritten to the sum of about £6000.
Everything had be arranged once we had arrived in Ecuador accommodation, venues, transport - except the means of getting there!
Well it is another year and we have made new contacts and we are getting something together for the diplomatic missions of Latin America in London.
These are still the main venues for our proposed tour.
As with our trip to Russion in 2003 - the primary objective of the trip is to make contact with professional organisations that deal with special needs people. To show how young people with learning disablilties can benefit from music and dance and realise their full potential.
Most importantly to help establish and support a school in Ecuador and train anyone willing to undertake the responsibility to help others with special needs.
